The offsite work within Morehead Ave is now complete, along with the underground plumbing work for Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 9 and the amenity clubhouse. The foundation footings have been poured for Buildings 1, 3, and 4 where masonry walls have commenced. The roadways are taking shape with the two main roadways that run perpendicular to Morehead Ave, having completed the below grade piping, and been filled with gravel, then aprons/curbs poured and last week the permeable pavers were placed. The retaining wall is complete on the northern boundary of the site and nearing completion along the eastern boundary. For the remainder of September work will be focused on getting building slabs poured with the vertical masonry work being completed on these early buildings to allow framing to commence in October.
