Underground plumbing work for Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10 and the amenity clubhouse is complete. Allowing footings to be poured, foundation masonry walls to be set, termite treatment to be implemented, with slabs now being poured. Vertical framing will now begin, starting on the Morehead Avenue facing homes and working around the west side of the site. This framing work is scheduled to commence mid-October, with multiple crews planned to be working concurrently so we are excited to see the buildings taking their form very quickly.

Below is a picture of the Building 3 slab having been poured along with the Building 4 slab prepped to be poured shortly. We will see framing rise from these slabs first and then will hop to the west side of the site, where the vans are shown in this picture.
