The offsite work within Morehead Ave is now complete, along with the underground plumbing work for Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4. The foundation footings have been poured for Buildings 3 and 4, with masonry walls starting. The roadways are taking shape with the two main roadways that run perpendicular to Morehead Ave, having completed the below grade piping, and been filled with gravel, then aprons/curbs poured last week to allow for the permeable pavers to begin getting placed this week. The retaining wall is nearing completion on the northern boundary of the site and progress is now being made along the eastern boundary. Our crews have been able to overcome the later summer rain and are still on schedule to see vertical work commence in September.
